The Effect of Bronchoalveolar Lavage on Pulmonary Function and the Oxpgen Partial Pressure of Artery

摘要

本文對42例因間質性肺疾病(ILD)接受支氣管－肺泡灌洗(BAL)檢查患者(研究組)進行灌洗前和灌洗後肺功能和動脈血氣檢測，並與7例無肺疾病非吸煙者做對照(對照組)，結果表明：研究組肺活量佔預計值百分比(%Vc)由灌洗前的74.33±17.10%，灌洗後下降到63.57±18.96%，一秒率(FEV 1.0%)由72.16±19.39%，下降到65.23±12.04% PaO2由10.32±1.50 Kpa，下降到8.38±1.41Kpa，提示：BAL對ILD患者肺功能和動脈血氣有一定影響。

Pulmonary function and the oxygen partial pressure of arterial (PaO2) were measured in 42 patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD) before and after the examination of bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), 7 non-smokers without ILD as control group. The result showed that %Vc and FEV 1.0% significantly decreased from 74.33% to 63.5% and from 72.16% to 65.23% respectively, and PaO2 decreased from 10.32 Kpa to 8.38 Kpa, Pulmonary function and PaO2 were affected by BAL in patients with ILD.
