摘要

對18例Alzheimer病(AD)和經年齡配對對照組36例病人於Meynert核(NbM)進行了神經元計較，18例AD中，14例神經元計數明顯減少，表明了NbM神經元減少可能與AD痴呆相關。(慈濟醫學1997;9:279-283)

Cell conuts were performed on nucleus basalis of Meynert (NbM) from 18 cases of Alzherimer’s (AD) and 36 age-matched control subjects. Among the 18 cases of AD, 14 cases showed significant neuronal loss in NbM. The data suggest that the neuronal loss in NbM may be related to AD dementia. (Tzu Chi Med J 1997;9:279-283)
