Misuse of Nandrolone, Metandienone, and Stanozolol in Sports
Nandrolone,Metandienone及Stanozolol在運動中的誤用

目的：我國自1990年初開始實施運動禁藥的管制，運動禁藥檢驗已成運動比賽的例行工作。本研究針對1998年至2001年所作的檢驗中涉及類固醇的違規樣品作一分析報告。材料與方法：尿液樣品經過Sep-Pak Plus C18 Cartridge萃取、β-glucnronidase水解及N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide 衍生後，經由氣相層析質儀分析。類固醇的確認是藉相對滯留時間（RRTs）及代謝物和已知標準品間的質譜比較來進行。代謝物濃度則經由標準曲線來決定。結果：在4,220件樣品中，有15件樣品含有類固醇（0.4%），其中包括Nandrolone(44%)、Metandienone(31%)，Stanozolol(19%)及Oxymesterone(6%)。在這些含類固醇的樣品中，舉重選手佔67%，其次為田徑選13%。而在舉重選手中男女所佔比例相同。結論：本報告顯示國內舉重選手在1998-2001年間誤用類固醇之案例居國內運 動之首。

Objective: Testing athletes for drug use have become a routine measure in sports competitions. In Taiwan, doping control began in the mid-1990s. We herein report on the results for anabolic steroids found in our testing program between 1998 and 2001. Materials and Methods: Urinary samples were extracted using a Sep-Pak Plus C18 cartridge, hydrolyzed by β-glucuronidase from E. coli, and derivatized by N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide before being analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Anabolic steroids were identified by comparisons of relative retention times (RRTs) and mass spectra between one metabolite of the specimen and the corresponding known standard. The concentration of the detected compound was determined by a con-structed calibration curve. Results: Of the 4,220 samples tested, 15 samples (0.4%) were found to contain banned anabolic steroids, i.e., stanozolol, nandrolone, metandienone, or oxymesterone. Among these substances, nandrolone had the highest incidence rate (44%), followed by stanozolol (31%), metandienone (19%), and oxymesterone (6%). The majority of positive cases of anabolic steroids were from weightlifting (67%), followed by track and field (13%). Approximately equal numbers of male and female athletes were found to be positive. Conclusions: The results demonstrate the predominant misuse of anabolic steroids in both male and female weightifters.
