摘要

我們報告一個成功地使用腹腔鏡完成部分腎臟切除手術，來治療一個位於腎臟中間向外生長的腎細胞癌（約22 x 15公厘）。手術時間約二小時又四十分鐘，手術完全在後腹腔中完成，並未使用氣球擴張的方法。病理報告確定切除邊緣無殘餘癌細胞，術後追踨今六個月，超音波檢查發現腎臟缺損處癒合順利且未有局部復發的微兆。

We successfully performed a laparoscopic partial nephrectomy to treat an exophytic renal cell carcinoma, 22 x 15 mm, located in the middle pole. The total operative time was 2 hours and 40 minutes. The operation was accomplished via a complete retroperitoneal route without balloon dissection. The surgical margin was free of tumor. A follow-up sonogram showed good recovery of the parenchyma defect and no evidence of recurrence at 6 months postoperatively.
