摘要

醫心方三十卷，為日本現存最古之醫書，丹波康賴所撰，成書於西元984年。
本書引用了兩百餘部中國隨唐時代之醫書，摘錄其精髓編纂而成之醫學全書。書中所引用之中國醫藥典籍，在中國大多已散佚或經校改。惟有在醫心方中始得窺其原貌，因而本書在醫史及文獻學上極具價值。
前文（本誌第二卷、第一期）敘述了醫心方之由來、撰述背景、引用書目及條文以及各卷之概略，本文則就三十卷中著者認為重要者，擇四卷（總論、針灸、妊娠、養生）予以解說。

The thirty-volume ”Ishinpo” is the oldest extant medical text in Japan. It was compiled by Yasuyori Tanba in 984. A. D. It is comprised of essential exerpts from more than 200 medical texts of the Sui and T'ang dynasties, many of whose original texts have been lost in China. Thus the ”Ishinpo” is important because it preserves these valuable parts of these texts in pristine form.
A previous article by Yoshikazu Sugitatsu [J Chin Med 2 (1)] described the development, background, and outline of each volume of the ”Inshinpo” and the cited references. The present article outlines four volumes (general introduction, acupuncture, pregnancy and health regimen), which the author considers to be the most important.
