一百張治療癌症之中藥處方分析

A Comment on the Traditional Chinese Drugs Used for Anticancer

摘要

根據中、西醫藥理，對壹佰張抗癌中草藥處方中二佰四十三味中草藥進行分析；顯示中草藥防治癌症的機理尚不清楚。初步以爲中草藥具有抑制或消除癌症病原體，增強機體免疫功能，恢復機體抗病能力及二者兼具的協同作用。作者於數年前對歷代名醫及當時在臨床中治療癌症的壹佰張常用中藥處方的組成以及每味中草藥的性味功能、初步藥理試驗結果進行分析。企圖以另一角度來探討中草藥防治癌症立方遣藥的依據，以期合理地進行抗癌植物的篩選和中醫抗癌藥的研究。現將此壹佰張處方及作者的心得借中醫藥雜誌發表，希望能達到拋磚引玉的目的。

The evaluation of two hundred and forty-three traditional Chinese drugs from one hundred traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions used clinically for the treatment of human cancer, demonstrated that the real action mechanisms are still uncertain, though the inhibition of cancer pathogen and/or stimulation of immune systems have been suggested. In this review article, both the tradition and modern pharmacological view-points of each drug were considered to categorize these prescriptions, and hope it would provide hints for further academic study and reasonable clinical application.
