中藥方劑參蘇飲、五積散、柴胡疏肝散和溫膽湯中naringin及hesperidin之高效液相層析定量

摘要

本研究利用高效液相層析探討參蘇飲、五積散、柴胡疏肝散與溫膽湯中柚皮苷(naringin)及柑果苷(hesperidin)的定量分析。使用propylparaben爲內標準，於固定相LiChrospher RP-18進行梯度沖提，以水和氰甲烷之混合液（0-10分鐘79:21，14-35分鐘65:35）爲移動相，流速爲1ml/min，用紫外光270nm爲檢測波長之條件下進行層析，結果顯示比方法可以應用於四種方劑中同時測定naringin與hesperidin之含量。

A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of naringin and hesperidin in Shensu-Yin, Wugi-San, Chaihu-Sugan-San and Wendan-Tang was established. The traditional Chinese medicines were separated by gradient elution using a LiChrospher RP-18 column with water-acetonitrile (0-10min 79:21, 14-35min 65:35) as the mobile phase at a flow-rate of 1.0 ml/min, With an UV detection at 270nm. Propylparaben was used as the internal standard. The precision and accuracy of this method were satisfactory for intra-day and inter-day assays. The recoveries of naringin and hesperidin were almost quantitative in Shensu-Yin, Wugi-San, Chaihu-Sugan-San and Wendan-Tang.
