本土語教學與學習的雙贏模式—雙語數位學伴計畫

Win-win Model of Native Languages Teaching and Learning: Bilingual Digital Learning Program

摘要


本土語文教學的推動,面臨以下挑戰:師資培育不足、支援教師的專業素養被質疑、師資人員流動性高、課程安排不易、學生學習意願缺乏、家長支持度不高等。本文介紹國立臺中教育大學所承辦的「雙語數位學伴計畫」,期待能從另外的角度改善以上問題。以兩則教案設計為例,說明本計畫的特色如下:一、以兩種語言來進行教學,使用兩種語言為學習媒介。二、解決上課時數少、口語練習不足的問題。三、融入數位學習資源,運用科技互動友善學習新世代。四、以議題為教學主題,統整語言與知識內容的雙語教學。五、授課師資不限夥伴大學的大學生,可聘請具專長之專家師資共同參與。本計畫期待能從師資培育的源頭及教學設計,創造本土語教與學的雙贏模式。

The promotion of native languages teaching faces several challenges: inadequate teacher training, concerns over supporting teachers' professionalism, high teacher turnover, course arrangement difficulties, students' lack of interest, and minimal parental support. This article introduces the "Bilingual Digital Learning Program" initiated by the National Taichung University of Education. It aims to address the aforementioned issues from a new perspective. Using two lesson designs as examples, the characteristics of this program are explained as follows: 1.Bilingual teaching and learning. 2.Addressing the issues of insufficient class hours and lack of speaking practice. 3.Incorporating digital learning resources and using technology for learner interaction. 4.Using themes as teaching materials, integrating language and content knowledge into a bilingual teaching model.5.Teaching staff are not limited to university students from partner universities, but also experts in the field. By focusing on teacher training and curriculum design, we hope to foster a win-win model for native language teaching and learning.
