摘要
從1974年10月到1977年10月三年間，榮民總醫院與中心診所一共有8個經過病理證實的脊髓血管瘤病例；其中包括頸部1例，頸胸部1例，胸部4例，胸腰部2例。這8例均做過脊髓腔對比攝影檢查，其中5例顯示典型的血管瘤徵象。3例做過選擇性血管攝影。本文將對這8例的臨床資料、放射線檢查發現等加以整理、分析與討論。

There were eight pathologically proved cases of spinal angioma from Oct. 1974 to Oct 1977 in the Veterans General Hosp. and the Central Clinic: One in the cervical region, four in the thoracic region, one in cervico-thoracic region, and two in the dorso-lumbar region. Myelography was done for all of these cases. Typical serpiginous or vermis-like filling defect was seen among five of them. We could not make the diagnosis of spinal angioma by myelogram in the rest of the three cases. Selective spinal angiography was done in these three cases. The clinical data, roentgenological findings of these cases were summarized and discussed in this paper.
