小腦天幕腦膜瘤的血管攝影診斷

摘要

過去九年中我們自國防醫學院有關的幾個醫院中總共收集了9個小腦天幕腦膜瘤病例。女性5例，男性4例。年齡分布自21歲至54歲。在X光檔案記載中施予腦血管攝影者六例（5例系頸動脈和推動脈攝影，另一例僅接受勁動脈攝影）。本文僅將腦血管檢查患者就其血管影像之病變徵象予以分析報告。

Nine cases of tentorial meningioma were collected in the past nine years. They are five females and four males. Their ages ranged from 21 to 54. Angiographic examination was performed in eight cases. Their angiographic findings are analysed. Mostly, the tentorial artery in case of tentorial meningioma are tortuous and enlarged. All of them have tumor stain either seen in the carotid or in the vertebral angiogram, or both of them. The displacement of intracranial vessels in the tentorial meningioma are listed.
