縱隔腔甲狀旁腺囊腫病例報告

摘要

甲狀旁腺囊腫是一不很常見的病症，出現在縱隔腔内的甲狀旁腺囊腫更是少有。茲提出一例胸部X光顯示前縱隔腔腫瘤並壓迫氣管使之位移，於電腦斷層影像則明顯地表現含有液體囊狀成分的特徵，經開胸手術及病理組織證實爲甲狀旁腺囊腫。就目前所知，國內尚未見這樣的病例報告，藉用CT展現出含液體内容之縱隔腔甲狀旁腺囊腫，覆閲文獻並簡述其病因及診斷方法。

Parathyroid cysts are an uncommon cause of masses in the neck. Very rarely a parathyroid cyst may present as a superior mediastinal tumor mass. Recently we encountered a case of mediastinal mass which was demonstrated to be cystic in nature by computed tomography and finally was confirmed to be a parathyroid cyst at thoracotomy. The symptoms of the cyst on this patient are due to compression of adjacent structures. The literature is reviewed and the characteristic as well as the etiology of parathyroid cysts have been discribed.
