超音波對副甲狀腺功能亢進的診斷及定位

摘要

榮民總醫院放射線部在最近三年間，因懷疑副甲狀腺功能亢進，而接受超音波檢查者，共有87例，其中14例並接受進一步手術治療。依腺體數統計其術前檢查之敏感性為55%，特異性為94%，而準確度為80%。以其非侵犯性、高準確度，經濟性及不具放射腺等因素考慮，副甲狀腺超音波檢查在因血鈣偏高而懷疑副甲狀腺功能亢進時，為很好的進一步檢查。對手術前之定位，將可縮短手術時間，減少手術之罹病率。

In recent three years, 87 cases received parathyroid ultrasonographic examination under impression of hyperparathyroidism, 14 cases of them received further exploratory neck operation.
The accuracy of this preoperative technique was found to be 80% with sensitivity of 55% and specitivity of 94%.
Echography is non-invasive, inexpensive, easy to perform, and witout radiation exposure. It should be a procedure of choice if hyperparathyroidism is suspected.
