Abstracts

我們曾經歷一位二十歲女性病人個案，在電腦斷層檢查過程中有進行性出血的証據，其診斷為左側額頂聶葉區的動靜脈畸形破裂，造成顱內出血。在未注射顯影劑時，血液分層(layering)於稍微擴大的側腦室後角與第四腦室與第三，第四腦室中，在注射顯影劑之後，可見更多量的血液及對比劑沈積於更明顯擴大的側腦室與第三，第四腦室中。在分層血液中，可見到濃度增高的不正常顯影，表示有進行性出血與顯影劑漏出。

Parallel abstracts

We experienced a 20 years old female who had active bleeding during CT examination. She was diagnosed as intracranial hemorrhage due to rupture of AVM at left fronto-parieto-temporal region. In plain CT study, ventricular bloody casting was noted in the posterior horns of moderately dilated lateral ventricles and 4 th ventricle. In postcontrast CT study, more blood was noted in the bodies and posterior horns of Iteral ventricles, third ventricle, and 4 th ventricle, which became much more dilated. Abnormal contrast enhancement was demonstrated in the layering blood which might imply active bleeding with leakage of contrast medium.
