摘要

睪丸的腎上腺殘存腫瘤是一種罕見的病灶，它在超音波檢查上的特徵，在國內尚未有人發表過。我們報告一例十歲的男孩有先天性腎上腺過度增殖症且合併有睪丸的腎上腺殘存腫瘤。這個病人從八歲開始就有性早熟的特徵與兩側的睪丸腫大。陰囊的超音波檢查發現兩側睪丸內有多處結節狀的低回音區包圍著縱膈。組織切片的檢查證實兩側睪丸皆有腎上腺殘存腫瘤。

A 10-year-old boy with testicular adrenal rest tumors (ART) and congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) is presented. He suffered from precocious virilization and bilateral testicular enlargement since 8 years of age. Ultrasound examination of the scrotum revealed multiple hypoechoic areas over bilateral testicles representing focal nodules. Incisional biopsy and the subsequent histopathological examination confirmed bilateral ART.
