摘要

有一位十九歲男性因車禍造成喙突骨折合併肩峰鎖骨關節完全脫臼。這類合併性傷害在英文文獻中，總共發表過19例。在面對肩峰鎖骨關節完全脫臼病人時，如喙突處有不尋常腫脹或疼痛時，需要加照肩部軸位像或肩部前後像，且X光射線向頭側打25或30度正對肩部投射。

This report concerns a 19-year-old man, diagnosed with a fracture of the coracoid process associated with acromioclavicular dislocation. A combined injury of this type is rare, with only 19 cases previously reported in the literature. If an acromioclavicular dislocation is associated with unusual swelling or tenderness over the coracoid process, an axillary lateral view or anteroposterior view with the central beam angled 25 to 30 degrees cephalad should be obtained.
