自己動手做X光報告系統：文書軟體的巨集指令之應用
Build an X-Ray Reporting System Yourself: Application of Macro in Editor System
摘要
電腦化以減輕工作負擔是未來之方向，但由於醫學是極為專門之領域，電腦化的腳步因而比較緩慢。為了提高X光報告之效率，已有放射科醫師嘗試製作X光報告系統，但其大多使用簡碼(abbreviation)之資料庫以代替長串的文字，如以NH代表the heart size is normal。不過人體正常及不正常之變化極多，非使用大量簡碼不足以涵蓋，但大量簡碼使用上極為不便。要記住幾百個或上千個簡碼並不實際，但勉強省略則報告不夠完整。所以我們嘗試不用簡碼資料庫做報告系統，而以修改一般文書處理系統之巨集指令功使成為適合做X光報告之系統。用此方法不但因用現成軟體免去專業之電腦程式寫作，並能由不具寫作程式能力之使用者自行修改，俾符合使用者之個人習慣。我們已用此系統於台東分院作日常報告，願將經驗與各位分享，提供製作X光報告系統另一可能之方向，並希不吝賜教。

Reducing work load with the use of computer is a trend. X-ray reporting with the help of a computer is logical and has been attempted earlier, using abbreviations such as ”NH” to represent ”the heart size is normal”, This usually requires memorization. However, because of individual usage, abbreviations are not universally accepted, and different users have different abbreviations. Further, to memorize hundreds of abbreviations appeared impractical. The purpose of this study is to simplify the X-ray reporting system using the macro functions of an ordinary word editor. The use of this system in the Mackay Branch Hospital in Taitung have been so helpful that the experience there should be shared.
