摘要

利用彩色都卜勒超音波來探討輸尿管的頻譜分析，對於偵測阻塞性泌尿系病變是有幫助的。本文探討輸尿管阻塞時，輸尿管射尿頻譜的動態變化。這個病人的輸尿管結石原本發生在上段，後來掉到下段的位置。由頻譜的變化可以評估阻塞性泌尿病變的嚴重性。

Spectral analysis of ureteral jets by color Doppler ultrasonography have been well studied. It is helpful in the detection of obstructive uropathy. The dynamic change of ureteral jet spectrum in a case with partial ureteral obstruction from lithiasis is discussed in the study. The ureteral stone was initially impacted in the upper ureter and finally dislodged in the distal segment. The severity of obstructive uropathy can be evaluated according to the spectral changes of ultrasonography.
