摘要

新生兒或嬰兒之鼻道阻塞，足以造成生命威脅，而先天性鼻梨狀孔狹窄所造成的鼻道阻塞為一罕見之原因。
本篇報告兩例先天性鼻梨狀孔骨性狹窄之病例，兩例均接受保守療扶。電腦斷層攝影為診斷此一疾病之最好工具，而且可以用來和鼻後孔閉鎖做一鑑別診斷。

Nasal airway obstruction in the newborn or infant can be a life-threatening condition. Congenital stenosis of the pyriform aperture of the nose is an unusual cause of airway obstruction in the newborn or infant. Two cases of congenital bony stenosis of nasal pyriform aperture are presented. Both were managed conservatively. Computed tomography demonstrated in detail the underlying anatomical abnormality and allowed its proper differentiation from choanal atresia.
