摘要

Tenckhoff氏導管乃連續性移動式腹膜透析(Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis CAPD)最常用的導管，導管功能不良的原因常為導管移位或導管糾纏。利用導線(guide-wire)修正導管的位置或解開糾纏是非常實用、安全而又簡便的方法。
