摘要

在嬰幼兒腸胃道阻塞的原因中，先天性幽門前竇蹼為一相當罕見之原因。我們經歷兩病例發生在小於五天大的新生兒，並對其臨床症狀與放射線學表徵加以討論。

Prepyloric antral webs are relatively uncommon as a cause for gastrointestinal obstruction in infants and children. Many synonyms exist for this entity, including antral mucosal diaphragm, prepyloric septum, gastric antral diaphragm, antal membrane, and prepyloric antral membrane. We recently encountered two cases of prepyloric antral webs in neonates less than 5 days old.
