Analysis of Airflow Patterns in a Prefabricated Cold Store (Ⅰ): Measurements


台灣農民已普遍的使用組合式冷藏庫預冷與儲藏農產品,冷藏庫內的溫度分佈會影響農產品的品質,而溫度的分佈又直接受到氣流流場的影響。因此,了解冷藏庫內的流場是很重要的課題。 本文以實驗量測研究組合式冷藏庫內的流場特性。研究中使用三維超音波風速計量測氣流的特性,詳細的探討冷藏庫內各個不同截面的平均流速和溫度分佈等。此研究結果不僅對冷藏庫內氣流的了解上有很大的義意,也可作為改善流場的預測模式的參考資料。

Prefabricated cold stores are commonly used by farmers in Taiwan for pre-cooling and storing their products. In a cold store, the distribution of temperature that could affect qualities of product is influenced by the flow patterns directly. Therefore, it is very important to understand the flow patterns in a cold store. Experimental approaches are used in this study to investigate the air flow characteristics in a prefabricated cold store. A three dimensional ultrasonic anemometer is employed to measure the turbulence characteristics of air flow. Mean airflow patterns and temperature distributions in various sections of the clod store are discussed in detail. The current founding is not only significant for understanding the airflow behavior in cold stories but also important in improving the modeling method for airflow predictions.
