小馬力農用馬達開發與農機應用

DEVELOPMENT OF A LOW-SPEED AND HIGH-TORQUE MOTOR FOR AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY APPLICATION

摘要


電動馬達作為動力源,其動力輸出特性影響電動農機田間操作甚鉅,因為農機大都操作於低轉速區間,同時卻需相對高扭力輸出,以滿足田間作業的需求,因此具低轉速高扭力的馬達相較於大多數運作於高轉速的工業馬達,更適合農機使用。本論文開發一適合作為農機動力源的電動馬達,具有大範圍的高扭力操作區間,並以小型中耕機作為測試平台,在實際田間場域進行除草、培土等操作,透過扭力值的量測數據,驗證所開發之低轉速高扭力之電動馬達,具有應用於電動農機的優勢。

The performance of an electric motor, as the source of the power chain, plays a key role in the field operation for an electric agricultural machine. The agricultural machine usually operates in the low speed range, and requires high torque output to effectively execute field operations. An electrical motor operated at low speed with high torque for agricultural machinery is therefore developed in this paper. The output performance of the motor has also been verified through a customized electrified cultivator in field operations such as weeding and ridging. The outcomes show that the designed motor has fulfilled the field operations for agriculture applications.
