摘要


依據全球物聯網與智慧製造新趨勢所引發龐大市場應用商機,具有智慧聯網與訊息讀取功能之RFID(無線射頻辨識)電子標籤再度成為產業界關注的重要發展方向。有別於傳統RFID標籤需外掛、不耐酸鹼、不耐水洗以及與紡織品不相容等缺點。本研究開發出RFID紗線,其感測距離20~250cm且線徑1.69mm,抗拉強度2.10kgf,可通過AATCC 135水洗測試30次、耐高溫210℃,1min、耐酸pH4,6hrs和耐鹼pH12,6hrs。可協助記錄紡織品於生產織造過程(如紡紗、染整、織布、檢布、成品等)之生產資訊、製造條件、商品規格的產品履歷,有助於配對追蹤與管理。

Adapt to the great application of market opportunities cause by the new trend of global Internet of Things (IoT) and smart manufacture. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tags become the crucial technology as the rise of IoT generation driving the new industry transformation and innovative business model. Different from the traditional RFID tags need to be plugged, not resistant to acid and alkali, not washable and incompatible with textiles. This research has developed the RFID yarn with sensing distance of 20~250cm and wire diameter of 1.69mm and tensile strength of 2.10 kgf. It can pass washing test ( AATCC 135) 30 times, high temperature resistant 210 °C over 1min, acid-resistant pH4 over 6hrs and alkali-resistant pH12 over 6hrs. RFID yarn can help record the production history, manufacturing conditions, and product specifications of textiles in the production of weaving processes (such as spinning, dyeing, weaving, inspection, finished products, etc.), which can help with pairing tracking and management.
