紡織退漿廢水以陶瓷膜管過濾回用之研究

Study on Recycling of Textile Desizing Wastewater Filtrated by Ceramic Membrane

摘要


本研究以染整製程退漿廢水利用陶瓷膜管過濾系統採掃流過濾評估濾過液回用至精煉製程之可行性。染整製程退漿廢水經微米級陶瓷膜管過濾後,將濾過液與退漿廢水分析後相比較,濾過液中漿料及油份去除率可達99%以上且COD值可下降77.6%。另退漿原液以相同陶瓷膜管進行過濾試驗,退漿原液中所含之精煉劑、螯合劑及鹼等化學物質通過率可達97%。故可證明微米級陶瓷膜管可有效攔除退漿廢水中之油份及漿料,且退漿原液中各化學物質可通過陶瓷膜管,另陶瓷膜管可適用於高溫退漿廢水過濾,如一併考量熱能回用之效益,陶瓷膜管過濾系統適合作為退漿廢水回收再利用方案之一。

In this study, the feasibility of textile desizing wastewater recycled by ceramic membrane filtration was evaluated. Compared with desizing wastewater and permeate, the removal ratio of oil and grease was over 99% and COD was reduced 77.6%. In addition, chemicals used in the desizing water comprised of scouring agent, chelating agent and alkali could permeate membrane over 97%. Due to ceramic membrane could be applied to high temperature filtration, the ceramic membrane is suitable for desizing wastewater filtration and recycle if heat recovery also is considered.
