本文針對耐隆66/棉(50/50)混紡紗進行合股追撚,探討合股撚向及撚度對其紗線及針織物物性影響之分析。耐隆66/棉混紡紗原紗為Z撚,本實驗分別採用傳統雙股S撚合股(Z+Z→Z)及特殊撚法原紗為Z撚,雙股Z撚合股(Z+Z→Z)分別進行實驗討論。實驗結果顯示:採用Z撚合股較傳統S撚合股,除了可以使紗線結構更為紮實、紗線品質如紗線強力、均勻度皆有改善,且3mm以上長毛羽可以大幅減少約50%。當雙股S撚合股撚度超過900TPM、或雙股Z撚合股撚度超過800TPM時,都已超過飽和撚度,此時混紡紗紗線強力均呈現下降趨勢。隨著撚度增加,紗線結構更為紮實、毛羽數減少,在針織布品質上抗起毬性程度可達3.5級。
Nylon66 / cotton (50 / 50) spun yarn were double twisted and the effect of twist direction and number on properties of double twist yarn and its fabric were study. The yarns used in this study were the double S-twist yarn twisted by Z-twist and Z-twist and the double Z-twist yarn twisted by Z-twist and Z-twist. From the results, the structure of double Z-twist yarn was more compact than double S-twist yarn, the yarn strength and evenness of double Z-twist yarn was improved and the hairiness of over than 3mm was reduced 50%. If twist number was over its saturation (for double S-twist yarn was 900tpm or double Z-twist yarn was 800tpm), the yarn strength was reduced with twist number increased. When the twist number was increased, the yarn structure was more compact and the hairiness number was reduced. The pilling resistance of their knitting fabric was in 3.5 degree.
