The traditional OE Spinning is limited by the yarn forming mechanism and yarn structure. It has fewer apparent yarn types and limited yarn use. It is commonly used in denim, bristles, linings and gloves. Yarn and so on. This study is aimed at the traditional OE Spinning machine plus another set of feeding components. The key component design technology of double tampon feeding is combined with the program-controlled software (human-machine interface) development technology for air-jet spinning. The development of color yarns solves the problem that the traditional air-jet spinning yarns have less variation and the color change is more monotonous. Through the implementation of the plan, in addition to the development of new yarn types and new fabrics that give the segment color effect on the yarn, and activate the traditional OE Spinning machine to increase production value and enhance competitiveness.
