可染型聚丙烯/纖維素高分子合膠纖維

Dyeable PP/CAP Polymer Alloy Fiber

摘要


本研究是以高分子合膠技術開發可染型聚丙烯纖維材料。聚丙烯為連續相,酯化纖維素為分散相,相容化劑為聚丙烯接枝馬來酸酐,相容化劑比例2~3%及螺桿轉速100~150rpm為其最適當的配方與加工條件。在材料物性方面,流變測試溫度230℃、shear rate 10000/s時其表觀黏度為20.14 Pas,流動性符合紡絲需求。在纖維物性方面,纖維規格為SDY 75d/48f,纖維強度可達2.72~3.04g/d。在染色評估方面,以分散型染料染色,使用OH含量較高的醋酸丙酸纖維素(型號:CAP504-0.2)染色效果較佳,耐水洗色牢度及耐儲存色牢度均可達到4~5級。

This study is to develop dyeable polypropylene fiber materials based on polymer alloy technology. Polypropylene is the continuous phase, esterified cellulose is the dispersed phase, the compatibilizer is polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride. 2~3% compatibilizer content and 100~150 rpm screw speed are the most suitable formula and process parameter. The apparent viscosity at a rheological test temperature of 230 ° C and a shear rate of 10000/s is 20.14 Pas. The fiber specification is SDY 75d/48f, and the fiber strength can reach 2.72~3.04 g/d. Using disperse dyes and CAP504-0.2 with higher OH content is better for dyeing. The color fastness to washing and storage can reach 4 to 5 grades.
