摘要

肩痛為許多人面對的文明病之一，而肩夾擠症候群占就診比例的44%至65%，而透過復健及有矯正功能之肩帶能夠緩減肩夾擠症候群。本研究開發復健輔助穿戴服飾，透過肩帶結構調整姿勢與導入織物態電極，進行即時肌力量測，透過肌肉出力顯示來調整與協助患者進行正確復健動作。本研究使用DELSYS進行實驗結果比對來驗證本系統之效能，實驗結果顯示準確率為86%，並能夠在運動時有效的顯示出上、下斜方肌之肌肉力量。

Shoulder pain is one of the life style disease, including shoulder impingement syndrome (SIS), which accounts for 44-65% of all complaints of shoulder pain. Through rehabilitations and wearing shoulder brace could improve SIS. The purpose of this study is to develop a wearable rehabilitation clothing system that can be integrated into the shoulder strap structure and fabric-based electrode for instantaneously quantifying the patient's muscle activities. By using Delsys system to compare the effectiveness. In the result shows that the accuracy of the study's system is 86%, which could also show the muscle strength during exercising.
