This study is aimed at the evaluation of wearing comfort of summer clothing in the office environment by using sweating torso and human wear trial. The Taiwan textile industrial standard FTTS-FA-029 test method and also the subjective and objective evaluation of human wear trial were compared with each other. The wear trial researched into the measurements of skin temperature, microclimate humidity, infrared thermal image temperature of clothing, as well as collecting every subjects' quantified sensation information of thermal, humidity, and thermal comfort by using scales. The results show that energy-saving clothing using the FTTS-FA-029 test method can distinguish the comfort of clothing.
