Constructing A 3D CAD Maturity Model for the Textile and Apparel Industry in the Digital Transformation Process

摘要


全球性市場競相以建立尖端數位基礎設施為優先,加強創新的數位轉型策略,以延續自身長期經濟繁榮與培植關鍵競爭力。本研究從科技如何刺激全球引發數位轉型探討起紡織成衣產業在數位轉型現況發展的停滯問題,思考將現下創新的數位化工具:3D電腦輔助設計為主要驅動者,建構紡織成衣產業的數位轉型歷程之成熟度模型,期望提供業者依循分期的階段以及可發展的未來。從數位化建置到數位優化到數位轉型雖然是不同階段,但其終極目標皆是為了觸及更龐大的市場。網路使用普及化與增速消彌全球的國界,台灣本屬資通科技的製造強國,身處數位時代擁有絕佳的條件和機會,如果盡快接軌世界這波數位經濟脈動與回應競爭的行動速度,將技術串入產業突破既有模式創造更新且非線型的價值鏈,可為台灣帶來可期前景。

With the competition of global market getting serious, it is necessary to strengthen company's competence through the promotion of digital transformation. This study is therefore interested in the ways textile industry considers the strategy and policy of digital transformation for the future development. As the simulation technology is incorporated in textile industry, 3D CAD becomes the primary driven factor for digital transformation. This study focuses the role of 3D CAD in the process of digital transformation from digitalization to digital optimization. A qualitative research approach is used to investigate how intermediate managers treat the ways to move digital transformation forward. A conducted pilot study is used to identify a brief conceptual 3D CAD maturity matrix for textile industry.
