添加不同比例聚碳酸酯二醇於無溶劑非離子型水性聚氨酯合成之探討

摘要


現今在產業上,陰離子水性聚氨酯的合成需添加大量丙酮作為溶劑來調整黏度,且合成後需額外步驟將其移除,以符合環境法規,此過程增加耗能、設備成本,且丙酮具其易揮發與易燃的特性,在大量儲存時恐洩漏,對環境及操作員安全造成危害。降低有機揮發排放量(VOC)已成為綠色議題的趨勢,因此本研究致力於無溶劑型的水性聚氨酯合成,並探討其成膜後的物性,及將無溶劑型的水性聚氨酯經平行塗佈於耐隆布後,進行耐磨性質測試。

Nowadays, the preparation of waterborne polyurethane in industries usually uses acetone processing method, in the synthesis process, a large amount of solvents is often used, moreover, the acetone method consumes more energy and high equipment costs. Its volatile and flammable cause harm to the environment and operator safety, reducing volatile organic compounds have become a trend of green issues. Therefore, this research devoted to synthesis of solvent-free waterborne polyurethane, discussing its physical properties after film formation, and testing the performance of waterborne polyurethane after coating.
