摘要


本研究以3-(N,N-二乙基胺基)丙醯苯胺合成7支分散性染料,經過光譜分析確定染料結構。在超臨界二氧化碳中,對聚酯(PET)織物進行染色,染料P1、P4、P5與P7之相對上色率高於85%。另綜合國際檢驗標準檢驗其染色堅牢度,結果顯示染料P4、P5與P7染色堅牢度符合商用標準,且適用於超臨界二氧化碳對聚酯(PET)織物染色。

In this study, we synthesized 7 kinds of 3-(N,N-diethylamino)propanilide disperse dyes and the structure of the dyes were determined by spectral analysis. When dyeing polyester (PET) fabrics in supercritical carbon dioxide, the relative dye uptake of dyes P1, P4, P5 and P7 were higher than 85%. Polyester (PET) fabrics were dyed in supercritical carbon dioxide, and the relative dye uptake of dyes P1, P4, P5 and P7 were higher than 85%. In addition, the dyeing fastness was tested by comprehensive international inspection standards. The results showed that the dyeing fastness of dyes P4, P5 and P7 met commercial standards and were suitable for supercritical carbon dioxide to dye polyester (PET) fabrics.
