不同聚酯布料種類對再生聚酯纖維之物性研究

Research on the Physical Properties of Regenerated Polyester Fibers from Different Types of Polyester Fabrics

摘要


本研究在探討不同聚酯布料種類對再生聚酯粒及再生聚酯纖維之物性研究。首先必需將聚酯布料製為再生聚酯粒,進而與原生聚酯粒一起摻混熔融紡絲而製得再生聚酯纖維。不同聚酯布料種類對再生聚酯粒之物性(如:極限黏度(I.V)及動態黏度)有直接之影響,且再生聚酯粒之物性最後會影響纖維之紡絲加工性及纖維機械性質。在研究中發現,白色胚布及白色成品布所製的再生聚酯粒及纖維都具有良好之物性及機械性質;其中,其纖維強度可以≥4g/d以上與一般原生聚酯纖維接近。

This research is to explore the physical properties of recycled polyester chips and recycled polyester fibers from different types of polyester fabrics. Firstly, the polyester cloth must be made into recycled polyester chips, and then blended with virgin polyester chips and melt spinning to obtain recycled polyester fibers. Different types of polyester fabrics have direct impacts on the physical properties of recycled polyester chips (such as intrinsic viscosity (I.V) and dynamic viscosity), and the physical properties will finally affect the spinning process ability and mechanical properties of fibers. In the research, it was found that the recycled polyester chips and fibers made from white gray cloth and white cloth have good physical and mechanical properties; among them, the fiber strength can be more than or equal to 4g/d and is close to that of ordinary virgin polyester fibers.
