摘要

家庭網路中的用戶端設備，數量不斷增加，複雜度逐漸提升，如何可以經由遠端管理用戶端設備，減輕局端營運商到府服務的負擔，增加用戶的便利性，成為重要課題。DSL論壇制定了TR-069的協議，正可用來解決此項問題。

Telecom providers need to decrease the load of home service; however, the users hope to upgrade convenience. Therefore, the remote control of customer device becomes a very important topic.
