摘要

Epidermal cysts are one of the most common subcutaneous tumors which occur anywhere in the body, including the head and neck region. They are usually slow-growing masses ranging from a few millimeters to a few centimeters in diameter. Reports of giant epidermal cysts with a diameter more than 5 cm are rare, especially in postauricular region. We present such a rare case of giant postauricular epidermal cyst.
