Panel D-15測驗對先天性色覺異常的實用價值

Panel D-15 Test: Clinical Practical Application for Congenital Color Anomaly

並列摘要

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the Panel D-15 for clinical use. On 38 cases of color anomaly Nagel's anomaloscope, lshihara's color plate and Tokyo Medical College test were used and the data were compared. The data tested by Anomaloscope show Protanopia 3, extreme protanomalia 1, protanomalia 6, deuteranopia 9, extreme deuteranomalia 7 and deuteranomalia 12. 1. For Screening: Dichromat couldn't pass the Panel D-15 test. Trichromatous cases could pass in high per-centage of 45.1. 2. For Classification: In all 26 cases who failed the test except 2 cases who belong to unclassificable, classification of type by this test coincide with that of Nagel's anomaloscope. 3. For degree of anomaly: Extreme deuteranomalia, extreme protanomalia and dichromat are all failed in the test. Among 18 cases of trichromat 12 passed. These data support the previous statement that score with cases of less severe trichromat usually make a perfect Panel D-15. Only cases with rather severe trichromate & dichromat fail the test. But this test is accurate in classifying as to type of anomaly for those who failed, including severe trichromat and dichromat. This test is recommended for accurate in classifying to type of color anomaly and simple and practical.
