原發性隅角閉鎖性青光眼的前房深度

摘要

前房深度與原發性隅角閉鎖性青光眼具有密切的關係。前房的深淺，常有助於青光眼的早期診斷。此次使用Haag-Streit二號厚度測定器，測量隅角閉鎖性青光眼病人的前房深度，開刀前72眼，開刀後34眼，發現所有隅角閉鎖性青光眼的前房深度都比同年齡組健康眼遠視或正視者淺，且多淺於2.0毫米以下。同時，作者們發現，開刀並沒有改變中心前房深度。

Measuring anterior chamber depth (ACD) on 72 eyes preoperatively and 35 eyes postoperatively in angle closure glaucoma with Haag-Streit NO Ⅱ. pachymeter, showed:
(1) The axial chamber depth in angle closure glancoma is less than that in normal eyes and is estimated on an average to be 2.0 mm less. It means that the more shallow chambers carry an increased risk of developing angle closure glaucoma.
(2) No significant change of axial chamber depth after peripheral iridectomy or filtering operation that means axial ACD is constitutional and does not be changed by operations.
