摘要

民國67年6月至70年6月，老年性眼瞼內翻共120病患，156眼接受手術矯治，其中128眼矯治成功(82%)，28眼復發(28%)。以手術方法比較，則以眼瞼板三角形切除術成功率最高，有85%；依次為眼輪匝肌移位法(81%)，Snellen縫線縫合法(65%)，Von Graefe VY矯形術(59%)。著者認為眼瞼板三角形切除衛為一種簡單而成功率高的手術法，值得推廣。

Between June 1977 and June 1981, 156 eyelids of 120 patients (male 102, female 18) with senile entropion were operated at the Veterans General Hospital.
There were four procedures used, namely triangular resection of tarsus, muscle transposition, Snellen suture and von Grafe V-Y plasty.
128 eyes were corrected sucessfully (success rate 82%). Of these 128 eyes, 108 eyes succeeded in the first operation, 17 in the second operation and 3 in the third operation.
Comparing the results of various procedures, the success rate is 85% (28/33) in triangular resection of tarsus, 81% (21/26) in the muscle transposition, 65% (34/52) in the Snellen suture, 59% (45/77) in von Grafe V-Y plasty.
It is the authors' opinion that triangular resection of tarsus is the most simple and effective procedure for correction of the senile entropion.
