增殖性糖尿病視網膜症之雷射光凝治療
Laser Photocoagulation for Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy
摘要
本篇以過去四年氬氣雷射治療200隻增殖性糖尿病視網膜症患眼之結果提出報告。治療後新生血管消退達76%，部分消退者為10%，繼續惡化者佔14%。視力獲得改善之病患有32.5%，不變者44%，視力減退者23.5%。經治療後視力仍減退至1.5/60 (5/200)以下共32眼(16%)。視力嚴重減退至僅餘光感者17眼(8.5%)。以雷射光凝法治療增殖性糖尿病視網膜症，隨時調整劑量及數目、早期及足量之治療，實為治療成功不可或缺之因素。

The results of laser photocoagulation for proliferative diabetic retinopathy on 200 eyes during the past four years are presented. New vessels regressed in 76%, partially regressed in 10% and progressed in 14% following the treatment. Vision improved in 32.5%, unchanged in 44%, worsen in 23.5% in consecutive fellow up examinations for 6 to 48 months (average 18.4 months). Severe loss of vision to less than 1./560 (5/200) is noted in 32 eyes (16%), of which to the level of light perception in 17 eyes (8.5%). Earlier and adequate treatment and monitoring in the treatment session are essential and are recommended by the authors.
