摘要
無晶體性視網膜剝離症在視網膜剝離症中，具有其特殊本質。自民國68年1月至69年12月共發現21位病人，22隻患眼。其中21眼接受視網膜剝離手術治療，19眼追綜檢查至少5個月，平均為11.5個月。手術後結果12眼視網膜復位，手術成功率為63.2%。

A series of 21 cases of aphakic retinal detachment during the period from January 1979 to December 1980 is reported. The age ranged from 41 to 76 years with an average of 58.6 years. There were 15 men and 6 women. Of these 22 eyes, 20 underwent scleral buckling procedure, one eye received cryopexy only and another one unoperated. 19 eyes had regular postoperative follow up for at least 5 months with an average of 11.5 months. The final result of operation was reattachment in 12 eyes with successful rate of 63.2%.
