多重樣式的視野檢查法在臨床應用之評估
A Clinical Evaluation of the Visual Field Examination Using a Multiple-Pattern Method
摘要
多重樣式的視野計檢查法操作簡便，省時，又具有相當高的靈敏度；我們在本篇研究中選擇臨床診斷為腦腫瘤、青光眼、視網膜或視神經病變的患者共67人，先以此法檢查，再用Goldmann視野計及自動投射視標的正切幕屏視野計(Auto-Plot tangent screen)檢查，並比較之。結果顯示，多重樣式的視野檢查法其靈敏度約相當於自動投射視樣的正切幕屏3/1000，白色視標之等視野範圍；其對視野缺損的查出率約為80%。我們同時並討論分析了這種視野檢查法的優點和限制。

The multiple-pattern method of visual field examination which was devised by Harrington and Flocks is a simple and rapid static field screening test with reasonable sensitivity. In this study, we compared this examination with Goldmann perimetry and Auto-plot tangent screen in a total of 67 cases of which clinical diagnosis were brain tumors, glaucoma and retinal or optic nerve disorders. The result shows that the multiple-pattern method appears to be nearly as sensitive as Auto-Plot tangent screen with 3/1000 white isopter. The detectable rate of field defects is about 80%. We also discussed and analyzed the advantages and limitations of this method.
