摘要
一位十七歲男病人，由於腦下垂體腫瘤，併發糖尿病高血脂症。於住院期間，眼底出現網膜脂血症，其時血中三酣油酯(Triglyceride)及瞻固醇(Cholesterol)皆超過2500mg/dl，經內科治療，糖尿病症逐漸穩定，眼底變化也恢復正常。

Lipemia retinalis was seen in a 17 year-old boy, suffering from functioning pituitary tumor complicated with DM and hyperlipidemia. Lipemia retinalis was seen, while triglyceride level over 2380 mg% and disappeared while level below 2100 mg%. The vision, visual field and other portions of the eyes are not affected.
