摘要

本篇提出一個有關網膜色素上皮變性的病例。病人為40多歲健康女性，右眼突然發生中心暗點和視力模糊。眼底檢查發現後極部有許多分散的圓盤狀色素上皮變性，螢光攝影檢查發現圓盤狀病變處開始時螢光被遮住，到了晚期反而變成有螢光漏出現象，此病人經過6個月後，視力恢復到已往正常狀態，此時螢光攝影檢查，已恢復正常狀態。

This is a case of typical acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy. The case was manifested by four characteristics:
1. In the posterior pole, many creamlike placoid lesions were found.
2. Fluorescein angiography shows:
in the early stage, the dye was obscured on the lesion.
in the late stage, the dye leaks in the lesion.
3. Improve around 6 months.
4. The disease is acute, self-limited, benign course.
The etiology and differential diagnosis were presented.
