摘要

報告1036個接受白內障摘除同時裝置人工水晶體的病例，追踪期限由3個月至3年。術前無青光眼者佔1027例（屬A組），術前有青光眼者佔9例（屬B組）。A組中有104例，於術後發生暫時性眼壓升高；11例於術後發生持續性眼壓昇高而需長期使用降眼壓藥物或手術治療。B組全部術後眼壓正常。

From July, 1980 to June 1983, 1036 eyes have underwent cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Among the 1027 eyes that did not have glaucoma before surgery, 104 eyes (10%) had transient postoperative pressure elevation (IOP＞25 mm Hg); 11 eyes (1%) developed permanent postoperative glaucoma including, 1 iridocapsular lens implant with persistent iritis and 10 anterior chamber lens implant, with 5 pupillary block, 2 peripheral anterior synechia and 3 idiopathic in origin.
Among the 9 eyes that have pre-existing glaucoma, 7 had previous filtering operation, 1 had previous peripheral iridectomy and one had ocular hypertension. All have underwent ECCE with posterior lens implant, yet no eye developed postoperative pressure elevation.
