Sebaceous Gland Carcinoma Arising from Zeis Gland-Case Report
摘要
報告一復發性霰粒腫病例，經病理切片診斷證實為源于Zeis氏腺的皮脂腺惡性腫瘤，因源于Zeis氏線的皮脂腺惡性腫瘤，殊為少見，故提出報告。

Sebaceous gland carcinoma can commonly involve many eyelid structures which contain sebaceous tissue such as tarsal plate, eyebrow or caruncle. The incidence of this malignancy is about 1.3% of whole eyelid tumor. Meibomian gland is the most common involving site. A case which we presented, suffered from recurrent chalazion, loss of cilia in recent 1 ear. The excisional biopsy revealed sebaceous gland carcinoma. Tumor was totally excised later. The pathological examination showed a sebaceous gland carcinoma arising from Zeis gland of superficial dermis of eyelid. During the operaton, frozen section was performed repeatedly to prevent residual tumor from the tumor margin. Patient was followed up in our OPD after surgery with good health. To the best of our knowledge, sebaceous gland carcinoma of eyelid which only arising from Zeis gland is very rare and reportable.
