裝戴彩色隱形眼鏡對色覺正常的影響（一）石原氏38張檢查表，AO-H-R-R檢查表及Panel D-15測驗評估
The Effect of Color Contact-Lenses-Wearing on Normal Color Sensation (Ⅰ) Evaluation with Ishihara 38-Plate Test, AO-H-R-R 24-Plate Test and Panel D-15 Test
摘要
為觀察色覺正常者配戴彩色隱形眼鏡對色覺的影響，木研究以色覺正常的男女學生各10名，配戴深淺程度不同的紅綠藍共九組彩色隱形眼鏡，從事假同色色覺檢查表（包括石原氏色覺檢查表，AO-H-R-R色覺檢查表）及Panel D-15試驗，結果發現所有被檢者均能通過Panel D-15檢查。至於石原氏色覺檢查表及AO-H-R-R色覺檢查表的判讀結果，除深紅色隱形眼鏡鏡片，所有被檢者，皆呈輕度綠色色弱外，配戴其他顔色鏡片，對色覺無影響。

In order to observe the effect on the color sensation when wearing various color contact lenses, 20 young adults with normal color sensation were examined with pseudoisochromatic plates (including Ishihara 38 plates and AO-H-R-R 24 plates) and Panel D-15 test. All persons passed the Panel D-15 test. On performing examination with pseudoisochromatic plates, no abnormal color sensation was found except when dark ruby red color contact lens was worn. The result resembled a pattern of mild deutan anomaly in the latter case. We concluded that there is no change of the test results on the color sensation when wearing blue and green color contact lenses, but dark ruby red contact lenses wearing gave a result resembling mild deutan anomaly.
