摘要
本篇為回溯性觀察報告，統計榮民總醫院自民國六十二年至七十二年間所有鈍傷性前房積血急診病例87例，31例追踪期長於一年，另有56例之追踪期是自傷害日起至積血完全吸收或其他臨床症狀完全消失為止。男女比例為3.6:1，平均年齡22.7歲，左右眼比為40:47。對於積血致傷因子、積血吸收時間長短、視力恢復的程度、眼壓與隅角的變化、合併症類別以及處置的方法，作一分析與討論。

This retrospective case control study reviews 87 cases of hyphema after blunt injury that were presented to the emergency room of Veterans General Hospital during 1973 to 1983. 31 cases had follow-up of more than one year and 56 cases were followed from the day of injury to the complete resolution of their hyphema or clinical symptoms. The male to female ratio is 3.6: 1; the mean age is 22.7; right eye: left eye=47:40. The causes of injury, duration of hyphema, visual outcomes, changes of intraocular pressure and angle structures, complications, and management of these cases are analysed.
