摘要

斜視手術的結膜切開法主要有三種，包括(1)由肌止端正上方的結膜切開法(2)由角膜緣的結膜切開法(3)由穹窿部的結膜切開法。
本文乃介紹由穹窿部切開的手術法，並與角膜緣切開法作詳細之比較。

There were 24 patients (48 eyes) who underwent strabismus surgery and were divided into three groups:
Group 1: 8 patients, all were operated through the limbal incision.
Group 2: 8 patients, all were operated through the Cul-de-Sac Approach.
Group 3: 8 patients, everyone was operated by limbal approach in one eye and by Cul-de-Sac approach in the other eye.
The comparison between limbal incision and Cul-de-Sac approach revealed that Cul-de-Sac approach minimized the visible postoperative conjunctival reaction and unsightly scar, leaving the limbal area relatively clear and making the patients comfortable.
Although technically the Cul-de-Sac approach is more difficult than the limbal incision, the Cul-de-Sac approach is more beneficial to the patient if the operator is familiar with this procedure.
