摘要

牽牛花症候群(morning glory syndrome)為一視神經先天性發育不良加上繼發性的變化成的疾病，其臨床特徵與視神經盤及其週圍之組織呈一牽牛花狀變化，本文報告兩典型變化的病例。

The authors present two cases of unilateral morning glory syndrome. The patients showed a typical clinical picture of congenital anomalies of disc with ectasia of the posterior pole, large papillae, radially oriented retinal vessel, glial hyperplasia over disc and annular peripapillary pigmentary change. The pathogenesis was also discussed in this report.
