摘要

歸納7個白內障病人手術後角膜亂視的變化，發現角膜亂視有由順理亂視(With-the-rule astigmatism)朝向逆理亂視(Against-the-rule)變化的趨向，而且變化的度數在手術後第8-12週後逐漸趨於穩定。此次的觀察為初步的經驗，藉以謀求術後角膜亂視減低到最少的程度。

This Study looked for signs of postoperative Corneal astigmatism in 7 eyes from which cataract had been extracted. Changes from with-the-rule astigmatism to against-the rule astigmatism were noted in all cases. The changes stabilized in the 12th week.
